Description: This dataset represents historical "greenbelt"/FAA polygon data digitized from 1977 Washington County aerial imagery for display on the Assessor's web map.The greenbelt layer represents a special valuation based on a parcel's Agricultural Classification (grazing, irrigation, etc.)."Greenbelt" is a slang term that refers to land Assessed under the Farm Land Assessment Act (FAA). FAA/Greenbelt parcels are assessed based on the Production value of a parcel and not the Market value (although Washington County also assesses the market value).
